Summer Frost
Expo Director and Founder
Hailing from Mankato, Minnesota, Summer's Grandfather, Cliff Thro, was one of the 10 founding members of the United States Trotting Association. Thro Stables has 3 Hambletonian winners out of the mare Flicka Frost. Horse have been a part of Summer's life since birth. Summer shows her equestrian versatility in riding many disciplines from reining, dressage, fox hunting, polo, to trail riding.
Graduating from Purdue University with Interior Design & Fine Art Degrees, her graduate studies were done at the University of Idaho in Architectural Cadd/Cam. Summer worked on the West Coast for 13 years for Herman Miller, Owens Corning Fiberglass, & Hewett-Packard. In 1989 Summer started Summer Frost Equine Designs, an Equine graphics and Riders apparel mobile shop for the horse show industry based in Lexington, Kentucky. Traveling both nationally and internationally with her designs, Summer had built an extremely successful business.
She brings her years of corporate sales along with 21 years of equine vendor sales to lead the Georgetown Equine Expo and the inaugural 2011 Kentucky Horse Fair into the future.

Director of Operations
Rex M. Hart received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Education from Georgetown College. In the mid 1980’s he turned his attention to the visual arts, serving the corporate, advertising, and independent film/documentary markets. This adventure has taken him across this country and literally around the globe. Currently Mr. Hart coordinates national events and educational projects for the pharmaceutical industries and works on educational grants from the National Institutes for Health, The National Institute for Mental Health and The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Tina Bache

Tina Bache, MBA has over 17 years experience in healthcare and business administration as well as marketing. She was born in Florida and earned her degrees from the University of Louisville at the top of her class. She has traveled extensively and finds joy in meeting new people and recognizing commonalities regardless of race, nationality and socio-economic backgrounds and incorporates that into her strong business ethics.
